Bára Evil Hand is the newest addition to the Helle tattoo family. And because the illustrator draws her own original designs. Typical for her are clean stylized works with fixed lines and hatches. Sometimes evil, sometimes playful and cute. Meet us, this is our Bara Evil Hand.

How did you get into tattooing?

You can find Bara on Facebook and Instagram as a @evilhandtattoo. In addition to tattooing, he also devotes himself to illustrations and animations. She is a long-time vegetarian. At home, she takes care of a small dog, a large cowboy and an inflatable dolphin.

For many years it was my dream job. I've been drawing since I was a kid, sometime in high school I became more interested in curls, I had the first pieces made on myself, I researched and rethinked, I looked away. At first I was worried about whether I could even technically handle it, but then an unexpected financial injection came, I risked it and bought a proper vercajk. After a few oranges, it was my turn to have a thigh, and then a brave friend and an orca above my ankle that still looks great!

What motifs do you like to tattoo the most?

I really enjoy the various stylized portraits now, where other nonsense is incorporated in addition to the face. Now I have a series from Pulp Fiction in progress, Mia has a friend on her shoulder, Jules is currently working on the thigh of another smudge, and Vincent is waiting for the second one. Otherwise, I also like to do various animals, dementedly funny motives, evil hellish, and vice versa cute girly affairs.

Do you have a dream that you would like to tattoo?

The fact that people want my authorial designs, walk away from me satisfied and come back for more, is actually already such a dream come true. I would like to visit a convention or guest house here and there in the future.

What, on the contrary, do you not have to do at all?

Realism, full-color curls, various abstract patlanice, such as those watercolor splashes. Tribals and Asian characters don't even happen anymore, do you?

You're also an illustrator. Does that mean all your tattoos are original and drawn by you?

Mostly, yes. I don't want to make copies, I always try to put as much of my own as possible into the designs. Even if the customer insists that he wants what he chose on the Internet, I will adjust each theme at least a little. A person who comes up with a picture of an already tattooed work is unlucky with me. It's one thing to be inspired by something, it's another thing to whip it up.

Do you prepare at home, or do you invent the motif with the customer on the spot?

I like to prepare designs at home in peace. I'm used to creating digitally, using a drawing tablet and a computer. It is then easier to adjust the designs according to the customer's wishes. I often send people sketches in advance, which we then finish together.

What is your ideal customer? Does he have a specific idea or will he give you a free hand?

Half and half. A free hand comes in handy, but it's nice if people give me at least a theme. But then there are also witty pundits who want a million corrections because they got the proposal long in advance and showed it to all their friends and extended family. Then it turns out the same way that my original drawing is tattooed.

What is your tattoo style?

Clean stylized line stuff, hatch, semtam and black areas and shadows or dotwork. Exceptionally colorful accents. Sometimes evil, sometimes playful, funny and cute.

You call yourself Bara Evil Hand and on social networks you have written tattoed criple bitch...

I was born with a deformed right hand. My village childhood was not very happy because of this. But this later proved to be quite beneficial. I grew up to be an evil. From my cursed paw came the very name Evil Hand and I slapped the evil hand straight into the logo.

What about your hobbies outside of tattooing?

Hobbies!

You tattoo mainly black, but your hair is really colorful!

At the moment I have them in blue, before that I wore less or more purple for a few years, it bored me after a while. I still remember a lot of blue and a lot of pink, I kind of shoot this color spectrum. Color non-color, the main thing is ofinka!
