Heavy body modifications carry quite a lot of risks and require a very experienced modifier. In Hell we have two, She-mon and Mila. They have the necessary knowledge, experience and technical background. During the personal interview that precedes the modifications, they will discuss with you the risks that heavy body modifications entail, what awaits you during the procedure, during the healing process and during the subsequent use of your modification.

EAR RECONSTRUCTION

Ears stretched to about 8 mm can return to the original size, but this does not apply in the case of careless stretching.
If you have spread your ears to a larger size, but you are tired of large holes or want to get rid of them for another reason, we can return them to their original state through surgery.
Ear stapling is the only heavy modification that is performed on under 18 year old people, but only after personal consultation with their parents.

IMPLANTS

Implants represent a medically risky procedure in which specially shaped objects (balls, crescents, stars, hearts, skulls, etc.) made of harmless materials such as Teflon or silicone are placed under the skin. The goal is to transform the relief of the body to match the imagery of the wearer. There are two types of implants.

Subdermal implants

A subdermal or subcutaneous implant is completely located in the subcutaneous tissue.
On request and after consultation, we can provide individual implant designs.

Transdermal implants

Part of the jewel is a mounting-thread that passes through the skin.
At face value, the transdermal implant resembles a larger microdermal.
This modification is extremely risky.
Often there is excessive scarring of the tissue and expulsion of the implant from the body.
Only 20% of transdermals heal successfully.

SPLIT TONGUE

A split tongue or tongue split, or cleft tongue, snake tongue, consists of cutting the ligament in the middle of the tongue (middle fibrous septum) and then dressing the wound so that it does not bleed and does not grow together again. This gives the tongue a jagged shape and the two halves can be used independently of each other. But this trick needs to be learned, which takes a while.
Since this is an almost irreversible intervention in the body, the basic condition is to reach 21 years of age, excellent health and a clear mind.
This modification is preceded by a personal consultation, the purpose of which, in addition to a thorough explanation of the procedure and healing, is especially to filter out those who act only in a sudden fit of enthusiasm and might regret their decision in the future.
The split tongue heals quite quickly, already after two weeks the bearer can eat ordinary food again.
Unless it is an extremely deep split, the ability to speak will not be limited, after the first two weeks pass. Otherwise, there may lisping and impaired articulation, which are usually irreversible.
We will discuss personally the exact care and execution of the procedure with the interested person, as well as other aspects of the procedure.

BEADING

Beadings are subdermal implants placed under the skin of the penis. That is why beading is also called "balls in the penis" or almost romantically "pearls of yakuza". That's because the chosen members of the yakuza had real pearls sewn under the skin of their penises. Beading, also known as chaton or chatons, is also a prison ritual where a prisoner is entitled to one bead or ball for each year spent behind bars.
Beading is one of the safest forms of subdermal implants and heals well.
It has no effect on erection, but it enlarges the penis in volume.
When beading, balls can be placed in a row behind each other, or around the circumference of the penis.
For beading we use silicone balls, which we consider the most suitable. On special request, we can also use Teflon balls. Titanium or steel implants are not recommended.
When beading, implants are inserted through a small incision into the pocket under the skin on the penis. The key is to avoid veins running under the skin.

SCARIFICATION

Scarification means scarring. In our context, the creation of artistic scars. With any form of scarification, however, it is not possible to achieve such a level of detail as, for example, tattoos. This modification can be done in two ways:

Cutting

Cutting is a method of creating artistic scars using a scalpel. This method is suitable for more detailed motifs.
the skin is cut to create linear contours of the motif.
The skin can also be removed flat across, to thus "color" the surfaces. First, a linear contour is cut out, and the skin inside the motif is cut off from the subcutaneous tissue and removed.
Rubbing ash or similar natural products into the wound is not necessary nor hygienic. A scar will form even without it.
With scarification, it is important to keep the wound fresh as long as possible, for this you need to remove the scabs. The longer you keep the wound fresh, the more pronounced a scar will form.
Scabs can be removed either dry or left to soak and then removed by rubbing it with a clean towel.

Branding

Branding is a way of creating scars using hot objects. With the help of branding, scars with a thickness of 0.5 cm to 1 cm are formed, which does not allow the creation of very detailed motifs. For those, cutting is more suitable. There are two variants:
Strike branding is a method of scarification where the scar is burned using a mold of hot surgical steel. The mold is heated over a special burner. Scars that arise in this way are up to 1 cm thick.
Kauter branding is a method of scarification, where a special cauterizing scalpel is used, which simultaneously cuts and burns. The wound opens as if after a cut with a classic scalpel, but it does not bleed, because the blade of the cauter seals it at the same time as it cuts. The tissue is damaged only at the site of the incision, so the resulting scar no longer stretches in width and remains several millimeters wide. Kauter branding can handle scars of more complex shapes.
Rubbing ash or similar natural products into the wound is not necessary nor hygienic. A scar will form even without it.

EAR POINTING ALSO KNOWN AS ELVEN EARS

Ear pointing or elven ears is a body modification that consists in the surgical treatment of the upper part of the ear cartilage so that the ear does not have a classic round shape, but pointed. The pointed ears then resemble animal or elven ears.

The procedure consists in removing part of the outer coiled edge of the auricle (helix) and its subsequent suturing into the desired shape.
Since this is a completely irreversible intervention on the body, the basic condition is to reach 21 years of age, excellent health and a clear mind.
This modification is preceded by a personal consultation, the purpose of which, in addition to a thorough explanation of the procedure and healing, is especially to filter out those who act only in a sudden fit of enthusiasm and might regret their decision in the future.
Elven ears heal for a long time. Stitches are removed no earlier than after one month, and often need to be left in the ear longer.
After the procedure, it is necessary to take care of the ears carefully for at least three months, fix them with a patch in the desired shape and pay careful attention to them according to the modifier's instructions.
Elven ears represent one of the most demanding modifications for a modifier ever. Therefore, we recommend really thorough preparation and timely personal consultation.
Ear pointing does not affect hearing in any way. They do not improve or make it worse.
